Ranjini Textiles is a cotton cushion cover manufacturer and exporter in India. Covers are woven and made up at our factory in Kannur, Kerala and supplied unfilled for onward distribution, wholesale or retail packing.

Specification

Covers are produced to customer dimensions with a choice of concealed zip, exposed zip or envelope closure. Piping, flanges, borders and contrast backing are made to specification. Designs include yarn-dyed stripes and checks, ikat, prints and plain grounds, in weights from 140 GSM upward according to end use. Minimum order is 250–300 pieces per colour and design.

Co-ordination

Because the cloth is woven in house, covers can be matched to table linen, curtains, throws and bed linen in the same colourway and construction — useful where a collection is being developed across categories.

Custom Development and Lead Times

Designs are developed against customer reference samples, including bespoke Pantone colour matching, revised pattern scales, alternative constructions and specified finishes. Sampling is completed within 7 to 14 days; bulk production requires 45 to 90 days from approval of samples and receipt of advance payment.
